Canivibe

Originally from Compton California, Kendalyn travelled to Accra, Ghana and lived there for three months! During her time in the motherland she became friends with a Ghanaian woman. They shared and compared stories about their childhoods and the challenges of acquiring basic needs. Kendalyn quickly learned that many of the troubles she faced growing up were the same as her new friend. In effort to change their family dynamics and create generational wealth, CANIVIBE was created. Kendalyn returned to the U.S and launched CANIVIBE at a showcase called "From Compton to Accra" at California State University, Fresno in November 2018.
